Through a client of ours we were contacted by this company to provide guidance, orientation, accompaniment and management in the digital transition of the traditional furniture retail business.

After evaluating both the history and objectives of the business, we suggested: rebranding, systematization of the sales process in the physical stores that involved the digitization of inventories, systematization of the logistics process of delivery with real-time update and monitoring of all deliveries and finally we suggested the development of platforms that would allow online sales of their current products with the possibility of expansion.

At the request of the client everything was carried out except the development of e-commerce which would be left for a second phase of digitization due to the costs involved in the digitization process, taking into account that we could not make the store online we developed a simple landing page that would allow customers to locate relevant information of the premises until you can develop the correct platforms for e-commerce.
We know the importance of making massive and forceful changes, but we do not neglect the fundamental role that budgets play in all projects without neglecting our responsibility to be transparent and clear in the cost and expense overruns that can cause these decisions.
